SHIPPING POLICY — MAISON BENNETT
Delivery Times
Once your order is placed, please allow the following timeframes:
- Processing: 1–3 working days. Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may take slightly longer to process.
- Delivery: Once dispatched, delivery takes an average of 8–12 working days via NZ Post.

Placing an Order
Shopping at Maison Bennett is straightforward. Simply visit the product page, select your size and colour, and click the black "Add to Cart" button. Double-check that your variant selection is correct before proceeding.
Click "Proceed to Checkout" and enter your delivery details carefully. Once your information is confirmed, continue to the shipping and payment steps.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders across New Zealand. There is no minimum order value required. Your order will always be delivered to your door at no extra cost.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking confirmation by email. You can use this to monitor your parcel every step of the way via NZ Post.
If you have not received a tracking update within 3 working days of placing your order, please contact us at support@maisonbennett.com and we will look into this for you.
