RETURN POLICY — MAISON BENNETT
Can I return my order?
Yes, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
- The order contains all original parts, components and packaging exactly as received.
- The product shows only normal handling — damage due to careless use is excluded.
- Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before return.
- The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
- Shipping costs for returns are charged to the customer.
- Returns are processed within 7 working days. If conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
Please note: We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All returns are sent to our central warehouse at the customer's expense.
How do I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please initiate the return process as follows:

Please include the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product in case of damage
- First and last name
- Delivery address
We will then contact you and provide the return address. Never send your return to the sender address — we will provide the correct return address after your request has been received.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, applicable to natural persons entering into a transaction not related to their commercial or professional activity.
Cancellation Period
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier) has received the goods.
As we operate a fully automated order system, orders are processed immediately upon placement. We are therefore unable to interrupt the shipping process once an order has been placed. Cancellation is not possible once the order is in transit.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact Maison Bennett via a clear written declaration (e.g. by email to support@maisonbennett.com) stating your decision to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal is complete upon our receipt of the returned goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Note for shipments in transit
As our products are shipped internationally, transit times may be longer and are outside our control. If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then initiate the return process. You are welcome to notify us in advance of your intention to return.
To ensure the fastest possible processing, please send us a shipping confirmation once you have dispatched your return.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you — excluding delivery costs — without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving notification of your withdrawal and receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse. Return shipping costs are the full responsibility of the customer.
